Gates Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of power transmission belts, operates a number of North American manufacturing facilities. These plants consume massive amounts of energy which, through proper management, can be reduced.
BIGMPG supported a training program used to keep plant managers and energy experts current on procedures and equipment that recognize inefficiencies. We created content, developed videos, and built digital assets used by Gates to promote waste reduction, save money, and train employees.
BIGMPG built a digital repository for the training materials, including videos and information about diagnostic equipment and energy saving activities. These resources will be accessed in training sessions and directly in the manufacturing environment, on all media platforms.
It was important to the fidelity of the project that these materials communicated a custom, specific point of view and philosophy that was driven by the Gates Corporation brand values and guidelines.
